Our services/products are customized as per client requirements. Once work has started or the order is approved, refunds are generally not applicable. However, if there is a genuine issue from our side, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
For digital or design-related work, returns do not apply. But we do offer revisions based on the package you select. If there is any mistake from our end, we will make necessary corrections at no extra cost.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
